Questions about Qalam, lessons, or how the AI teacher works.
Subscription and Payment Support
Billing, trials, renewals, cancellation, or refunds. Include your plan, the date of the charge, and the PayPal transaction ID. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Account Support
Sign-in problems, changing your display name, or requesting deletion of your account and data. Never send us your password.
Technical Support
Errors, audio or microphone problems, or something not loading. Tell us your device, browser, and what you were doing when it happened.
Response Times
We aim to reply to every request as quickly as we reasonably can. Qalam is an online service; we do not offer phone support.
